Evangelina Trujeque

Evangelina Trujeque is a paralegal with more than 16 years of legal experience in personal injury, corporate, and employment law. She attended Evergreen Valley College where she studied Administration of Justice and subsequently obtained her first legal position at a San Jose area personal injury law firm. It was there that Evangelina found her passion for helping others who suffered injuries due to another’s negligence.

Evangelina is the litigation paralegal for founding partner Paul Caputo and works closely with clients through all phases of the case from intake through litigation, discovery and trial. One of her biggest assets is the relationship she naturally develops with each and every client. She is also known for her good nature and friendly demeanor.

Evangelina’s interests outside of the office include running her non-profit organization dedicated to helping local children in need, as well as traveling, and spending time with her husband, children, and Grandmother. Her family life is based around sports - on any given weekend her family can be found at a ballpark or football field. Evangelina is a faithful San Francisco 49ers fan who attends all of the home games as a season ticket holder.
